I love giving talks. It’s always stimulating for me and, more importantly, for my audience. In the last couple of years I’ve spoken to McKinsey, Swiss Re, Lloyds Bank, Verizon, Sage Publishing, ITV, Baillie Gifford, plus various conferences and universities, and I pretty much always get a great response. There are testimonials on my website and plenty more on request. I’m usually invited to speak on the themes of one of my books:
THE POWER OF CURIOSITY. Why the trait of curiosity is more important and more valuable than ever. How it works and how to cultivate it, as individuals and in teams.
PRODUCTIVE DISAGREEMENT. Why and how disagreements can make us smarter, more creative, and more connected. Why they go wrong and how to make them go right. How to create a culture of collaborative disagreement in your organisation or team.
HOW TO BE HUMAN IN THE AGE OF AI. Too often we respond to technology by making ourselves less human; we ought to be doing the opposite. How to treat AI not as a threat but as a challenge. (I’ve written about this quite a bit, see The Struggle To Be Human and How To Be Influenced.)
I’ve spoken or run workshops on these and also spoken on various other themes, including strategic communication, on request.
If you or your organisation are interested in having me come to talk, get in touch directly or via my agent.
I haven’t yet figured out how to give a corporate talk based on my new book but I’m open to suggestions…In the meantime, if you’d like to hear me about about the book itself, and you’re in Britain, come along to one of these events. Note that we’ve added Hay Festival, and Cover To Cover in Swansea. More as they come in…
FINALLY: If you pre-order your physical copy of John & Paul from this independent bookseller in London you’ll get one signed and dedicated by me.

I've read far too many books about the Beatles but I sense yours might be unique. I hope so. The 64 McCartney piece was inspired.
In my town Letchworth Herts, we have David's Bookshop/ music which is a well known shop often featuring writers and signings.
In the 70s I bought much of my Beatles collection in there.
You could give them a go.
Would be nice to meet you.
I don't worry about signings and suchlike, it's about the writing and the reading.
And giving the author some money!!!
